The ambassadors of France and Senegal to the Netherlands organized a plenary session on cooperation at the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute on Friday 7 December from 10:00 to 13:00 in The Hague.

This plenary, entitled "20 years after Rome: back to the major challenges of cooperation", was divided in three segments. The first segment will be on financial investigations and the recovery of assets, the second on arrests, which follows the seminar organized on this topic, on 7 November in The Hague, and the third segment on voluntary cooperation agreements. At the end of the plenary session, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Law of Slovenia, H.E. Ms. Dominika Švarc Pipan, signed a cooperation agreement on the enforcement of sentences.
